Child Custody Evaluations

Dr. Dombrowski conducts comprehensive, unbiased Child Custody Evaluations (CCEs) designed to provide courts and family law professionals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with clear, clinically informed recommendations. Each evaluation is completed impartially and integrates multiple data sources to support the child’s safety, stability, and psychological well-being. All findings adhere to the “best interests of the child” framework outlined in N.J.S.A. 9:2-4/23 Pa.C.S. § 5328 and are guided by established forensic practice standards, ethical requirements, and contemporary scientific evidence.
