Parenting Plan/Child Custody Evaluations

Dr. Dombrowski provides comprehensive, neutral Parenting Plan (PPEs)/Child Custody Evaluations (CCEs) designed to provide courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with forensically informed recommendations. Each evaluation is completed impartially and integrates multiple data sources. All findings adhere to the “best interests of the child” framework outlined in N.J.S.A. 9:2-4/23 Pa.C.S. § 5328 and are guided by established forensic practice standards, ethical requirements, and contemporary scientific evidence.
